ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Merchandise purchased from iwantsense.com can be returned or exchanged if unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization number. Any returned merchandise that is either washed or worn will be subject to a restocking fee. Our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you with your RA request during our regular business hours: 10-5 MST (monday - friday). You may also email your request to amanda@senseclothing.com or info@senseclothing.com.

Merchandise that is defective upon arrival will be either replaced or refunded.

All of our online credit card transactions are secured by USAEpay. However, if you prefer, you can telephone with your credit card information to (505)660-7388.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from when you placed your order. Return shipping charges for exchanges are customer's responsibility. Buyer is responsible for all additional taxes or import fees that may be assessed by the local or regional taxing authority upon receipt of the purchased items.
